Lettings Property Manager

Lettings Property Manager - Gloucester - up to £32k

My client is a leading, independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand that has built up an impressive business in the Gloucester area. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Property Manager to join this busy office. They are looking for someone with Property Management experience or Lettings experience looking to train into a property manager role.

Main Duties to include:

• Managing a portfolio of properties
• Communicate with Landlords / Tenants / Contractors regarding property maintenance works, required actions to be undertaken resolving accordingly
• Arranging and carrying out property inspections and reporting back to Landlords with feedback
• Ensure all legal compliances are up to date
• Liaise with tenant and landlord following the end of tenancy
• Communicating with utility companies and council at start and end of tenancy
• Resolving Landlord and Tenant enquiries

Essential Skills Required:

• Lettings experience
• Great Customer Service skills
• Organisation skills
• Problem Solving skills
• Articulate
• IT literate
• Full licence and car for which mileage will be paid

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and if a Saturday is worked there is time off in lieu.
