The Role

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will:

• Register and qualify prospective tenants


• Match applicants to suitable properties and arrange viewings


• Proactively contact applicants regarding new property instructions


• Negotiate offers between tenants and landlords


• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process


• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the branch

Lettings Negotiator Requirements

To be considered for this Lettings Negotiator role, you should have:

• Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator within estate agency


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills


• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities


• The ability to work independently and as part of a successful team


• Good knowledge of Nottingham and the surrounding areas
