Lettings Negotiator / Trainee

Our client is a premier estate agency offering an unparalleled service in some of the most prestigious areas of London, namely Notting Hill, Kensington & Holland Park. With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to providing unmatched services, they are looking to recruit a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join their team.

Personal specification:

• Some experience within residential estate agency would be advantageous, but is not essential
• Experience working in Prime Central London (preferably West Prime Central London)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Relevant professional qualifications would be advantageous (e.g., ARLA)
• IT literate
• Friendly personality
• Full UK driving licence.

Our client is offering a basic salary of c. £22,000, plus on target earnings in the region of an attractive £45,000 to £65,000! A pooled car will be provided.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. When a Saturday (10am to 3pm) is worked, you will get half a day in lieu the following week.
