Cosey Homes Chartered Surveyors in St Helens is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join our busy lettings team. You will manage listings, coordinate viewings and provide essential administrative support.

The role requires experience in property management or administration, excellent organisation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team; full-time hours include one Saturday per month.
