Are you an organised, customer-focused professional with experience in facilities, events or property management? We are seeking an enthusiastic Lettings Manager to oversee the out-of-hours use of a thriving school site in the Tonbridge area.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple bookings and ensuring facilities are presented to the highest standard.

As Lettings Manager, you will take responsibility for the smooth operation of the school's lettings programme, maximising community use of the facilities while ensuring a safe, professional and welcoming environment for all hirers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing enquiries and bookings for school facilities.
• Building strong relationships with local clubs, organisations and community groups.
• Coordinating site staff to ensure facilities are prepared before each booking.
• Conducting regular site inspections and ensuring health and safety procedures are followed.
• Managing contracts, invoicing and booking administration.
• Supporting the development and growth of the school's lettings income.
• Acting as the main point of contact for external hirers and resolving any issues promptly.

The successful candidate will:

• Have previous experience in facilities management, lettings, events or customer service.
• Be highly organised with excellent administrative skills.
• Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Be confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Have a good understanding of health and safety requirements (desirable).
• Be flexible to work occasional evenings and weekends when required.
