A leading lettings agency in Greater London is looking for a Lettings Department Team Leader to manage and motivate the lettings team. This role involves nurturing tenant and landlord relations, overseeing office compliance, and improving service standards. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in lettings, is target-driven, and has a strong understanding of tenancy legislation. The salary range is £40-45k with OTE of £70-75k per annum, offering a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday.
