Job Description
Lettings Coordinator - Leicester - £28k + Commission

My client is a leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the Leicester area for many years. They pride themselves on their reputation for delivering outstanding customer service and they believe in bringing together traditional values, the latest technology and a real passion for people and property. They are currently looking for a Lettings Coordinator who will carry out a varied role including administration and viewings.

Lettings role briefly includes
  • Dealing with incoming enquiries
  • Booking viewings and valuations
  • Carrying out property viewings and inspections when required
  • Arranging and undertaking tenancy renewals
  • Registering deposits
  • Carrying out general Lettings Administration duties
  • Assisting with property management issues when required
Key Skills Required
  • Previous Lettings Administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT knowledge
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Full UK Licence and Car
