Lettings Administrator: Property Support (Manchester)

Thornley Groves in Manchester is seeking a Lettings Administrator to join our busy lettings team. This full-time, permanent role offers a base salary of up to £26,000 and a realistic OTE range of £28,000-£30,000 per annum.

You will liaise daily with tenants, landlords and the property management team, manage move-ins, prepare tenancy documents, and keep records up to date in the CRM. The role includes responsibility for compliance and timely documentation.
