Lettings Administrator

Salary £28,000-£34,000 depending on experience, plus a quarterly paid commission incentive.

Location: London.

Role

We are seeking a detail oriented individual to join our Lettings Administration team.

As a Lettings Administrator, you will play a key role in the office, and the wider administration team's success, leveraging your in depth knowledge of property legislation. Your expertise will ensure the department maintains its exceptional compliance standards while achieving ambitious KPI targets. Additionally, this role offers quarterly earning incentives to reward your contributions to the company's success.

Your Responsibilities as a Lettings Administrator
  • Efficiently progress deals from offer to completion, meeting deadlines and adhering to legal/regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct AML checks, manage documentation, coordinate essential services such as EPCs and safety checks, and effectively communicate with tenants and landlords.
  • Handle tenant enquiries promptly, maintain accurate records in Veco, and actively contribute to team meetings.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience in a Lettings Administration/Tenancy Progression position.
  • Detail oriented and thrives in a high volume/KPI driven environment.
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative setting, bringing a positive/can do attitude to the team.
  • Exceptionally organized and thrives on maintaining precision in all aspects of work.
