Lettings Admin & Compliance Coordinator - Part-Time

Hireful Ltd in central Southampton is seeking a part-time lettings administrator to support all aspects of lettings administration, including tenant referencing and AML/compliance checks.

The role involves property inspections, maintaining the landlord register, and light PA duties for the management team; you will visit local properties on Tue/Wed/Thu, with scope to flex up to five days during peak periods and holidays.
