Leisure Team Member

Join our team at Holme Lacy, part of the Warner Hotels Group.

This Grade I listed 181 bedroom hotel in Herefordshire features a theatre, spa, two restaurants, and a coffee shop set in 20 acres of green fields.

Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour, depending on age.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team's daily activities, ensuring all responsibilities are covered.
• Host a variety of activities throughout the day, such as rifle shooting and archery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Enthusiastic individual with a genuine passion for leisure.
• Able to pick up new skills quickly.
• Lifeguarding experience essential.
• Engage guests and host activities to ensure they enjoy their holiday fully.

Skills

• Work independently and proudly, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining cleanliness throughout the leisure department.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and appealing environment is maintained for the team and guests by following the company Health and Safety Policy.
