Leisure Operations Lead: Motivate Floor & Delight Guests

Village Hotels is seeking a proactive Leisure Team Leader to oversee daily shifts on the gym and pool floor, coaching Assistants and ensuring the club looks immaculate. You will handle member concerns and maintain high service levels even when managers are away.
