Leisure Operations Lead - Snow Centre (Evenings/Weekends)

Telford Snowboard and Ski Centre in Telford is seeking a Duty Manager to lead day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment. The role involves working on a rota, including evenings and weekends, with duties across customer service, health and safety, and facility maintenance.

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, supervisory experience in leisure or customer service, and a willingness to gain Snowsport England Ski Instructor (L1)
