Job Title: Leisure Club Attendant (Gym & Fitness Focus)

Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Leisure Club Attendant to join our team in Clonmel. This is a full-time position focused primarily on gym operations and fitness management.

You'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality service to our members, supervising the gym floor, conducting fitness inductions, and ensuring a clean, safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day gym and leisure club operations
• Assist members with fitness queries and equipment use
• Conduct fitness assessments, inductions, and training plans
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the facility
• Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs
• Support fitness classes and wellness events
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a gym, leisure centre, or fitness environment
• Qualification in Fitness Instruction (EQF Level 3 or equivalent)
• First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Friendly, reliable, and approachable personality
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

What We Offer

Competitive hourly rate: €14 - €15/hour, depending on experience

39 hours per week, full-time position
