Leisure Centre Duty Manager: Lead Safety & Operations

Serco Leisure is hiring a Duty Manager for a busy leisure centre in Milton Keynes. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, quality and a welcoming environment where communities stay active.

The role requires supervising a team, strong health and safety knowledge, and a proactive, hands-on approach. The successful candidate will oversee opening/closing, rostas, and daily programmes, while driving customer satisfaction and commercial performance.
