Leisure Centre Duty Manager - Lead, Train & Delight Members

Places Leisure is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a busy leisure centre. You will recruit, train and manage staff, handle customer concerns and drive up memberships while preparing reports and attending meetings.

You will represent Places Leisure, working evenings, weekends and public holidays with a flexible approach. A strong background in supervisory roles within leisure facilities and an NPLQ qualification are essential, plus excellent customer service and leadership skills.
