Leisure Centre Duty Manager - Lead Ops & CX

Horizon Leisure Centres in Waterlooville is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver a first-class customer experience. You will lead the Duty Management Team and report to the General Manager, driving engagement, safety and service standards.

The role requires 2+ years of management experience in leisure or similar settings, strong people skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. The position is based at Waterlooville with travel to other sites as needed.
