Leisure Centre Assistant Manager Guest Experience Leader

Newtown Park Hotel is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to lead the daily operations of the Leisure Centre, ensuring outstanding service, safety, cleanliness and team engagement.

You will work closely with the Leisure Centre Manager to develop staff, drive guest and member satisfaction, manage memberships and promotions, and uphold our commitment to Exceptional Experiences for All.

The role requires leadership, a proactive approach, and flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
