Leisure Center Lifeguard & Guest Experience Lead

Capita is seeking a Leisure Attendant in Moreton-in-Marsh to support the Sports Centre Manager in daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and safety. The role covers lifeguarding, reception, membership admin, and handling customer queries, with training and weekend shifts as needed.

You will contribute to a safe, welcoming facility, lead by example for visiting lifeguard staff, and participate in delivering swimming lessons when required. A DBS check and RLSS NPLQ are essential.
