Job Description

We are looking for a Leisure Attendant on a Full Time basis to join our team at Aura De Paul.

Responsibilities
  • Display a commitment to our vision, purpose and values

  • Maintain a high standard of customer service
  • Deliver the highest standards of classes (Swim, Fitness or both) that will motivate and inspire our members
  • Provide valuable feedback to our members to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals
  • Adhere to our Healthy and Safety policies and procedures at all times
  • Ensure excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Be an Aura ambassador and represent the company with a professional approach and attitude
  • Make your passion your profession and help Aura to achieve a healthier and happier Ireland

Qualifications
  • Hold the following qualifications: RLSS Pool Lifeguard or IWS Pool Lifeguard Qualification
  • And either both or one of the following qualifications: STA, IWS or SI Swim Teacher qualifications; NCEHS/NCEF Fitness Instructor Qualification
  • A passion for the health and fitness industry
  • A willingness to train and qualify in all three disciplines listed above
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping people
  • Previous experience in instructing classes (Swim, Fitness or both) is desirable
  • Flexible in relation to your hours/days of work - morning, afternoon and night shifts both weekdays and weekends available
  • Due to the nature of this role fluent English is required

To be considered for this role you must be legally entitled to work in Ireland.
