OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE

• Pool Emergency Responder or equivalent
• A friendly and approachable personality with outstanding customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

IMPLEMENTING OUR 'YES, WE CAN' PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL

• Provide lifeguard cover to ensure guest safety.
• Maintain the cleanliness of all leisure areas, ensuring a pristine environment.
• Assist at reception, handling guest inquiries with a smile.
• Open and close the facility, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Manage lost and found property, making sure items are properly handled.
