Here at The Mole Resort, we have launched a brand new resort set in 125 acres of beautiful Devon countryside, jam-packed with delicious food and drink and a whole lot of exciting activities.

As a Leisure Assistant you are required to provide a professional, friendly service to our guests demonstrating a good understanding of the products and services available.

• Operating a professional reception service to our members and visitors.
• Assisting with delivery of activities and classes.
• Handling membership enquiries and taking payments.
• Presenting all areas of the department at their best at all times.
• Ensuring facilities are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Reporting any faults or maintenance issues to the correct dept.
• Following operating procedures for opening and closing the facility including pool area.
• Communicating to guests in a professional friendly manner.
• Complying with current health and safety legislation.
• Liaising with other departments promoting teamwork.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills with an outgoing personality.
• Commitment to delivering high levels of engaging customer service.
• A neat and tidy appearance and adherence to uniform requirements.
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
• Ability to work on your own or in a team.

Although previous experience and qualification would be beneficial, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
