Level of Experience: Trainee Legionella Risk Assessment through to Lead Legionella Risk Assessment

Profile: A reputable Legionella / Water Treatment company with a national presence working on Industrial and Commercial sites is now seeking a hardworking and qualified Legionella Risk Assessment based around the Oxford area. The successful candidate will ideally hold an industry recognised Legionella Risk Assessing qualification and, at a minimum, have experience working in a Risk Assessing role within a recognised Legionella company. Experience working on more complex process and cooling systems is desirable but not essential, as the client can offer training in these areas. Experience & Qualifications

• Holding the City and Guilds / WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessment is essential to the role.
• Previous/current experience working for an established Water Hygiene / Legionella company.
• Excellent eye for detail and extensive knowledge of relevant Health and Safety / ACoP L8 legislations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competent in using a hand held PDA system.

The Role

• Work in line with relevant ACoP L8 guidelines, carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments on Industrial and Commercial sites.
• Conduct surveys on clients' water systems, including temperature monitoring, water sampling, and analysis.
• Use a handheld PDA system to produce site specific reports for clients.
• Ensure all onsite logbooks are kept up to date.
• Build and maintain excellent rapport with clients.
