Legionella Consultant - Reading

OpportunityAn opportunity has arisen to join a well established company who provide a wide range of building and water services including legionella services throughout the UK. Due to expansion, the company are now seeking to employ an experienced and focused Legionella Consultant based in or around the Reading area. The ideal candidate will have previous experience undertaking full and in depth legionella risk assessments to a varied site base. Previous experience within a consultancy setting; following up risk assessments with clients and offering advise on preventative measures, will be beneficial to the role. Applicants from Slough, Watford, Oxford, West London, and the surrounding areas are welcome. Qualifications & Experience

• Experience of carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments to current legislative standards.
• Knowledge of domestic, commercial and industrial water systems.
• Competent with Microsoft Office Package.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Role

• Conducting Legionella Risk Assessments on a wide variety of properties in line with ACOP L8.
• Attend meetings with clients and submit recommendations, quotations for remedial works and carrying out such works.
• Liaising with management when required.
• Ensure objectives are met and assist in developing ideas for improvement.
• Produce schematic drawings, comprehensive reports and final documents.
