Legal Trainee - Renewable Energy

At Verbund, you will have the opportunity to get involved in all Legal areas, being part of a team that develops a crucial function within our activity.

Some of the tasks and projects you will be involved in:

• Revision of land contracts needed for the development of renewable energies projects.
• Support the legal team in the negotiation process of EPC's contracts.
• Production of all types of corporate documents (minutes and memorandums, power of attorney, annual accounts ).
• Administrative support in the process of obtaining the needed authorizations for renewable energies projects.
• Elaborate corporate policies documentation related to compliance, data protection, confidentiality

Your skills:

• Bachelor or Master in Law.
• Residence in Madrid.
• Currently following a studies program that enables you for an internship agreement of minimum 6 months.
• Excellent English language skills (spoken and written).
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Interest for the renewable energy transition.
