Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Assist with the administration of Group entities across multiple jurisdictions.
- Provide administrative support to other teams within Group Legal (including commercial, regulatory, data protection and disputes) as required.
- Prepare and distribute Board and Committee packs.
- Draft Board and Committee agendas.
- Prepare first drafts of Board and Committee minutes.
- Assist with drafting shareholder resolutions, written resolutions and routine corporate documentation.
- Manage correspondence and coordination with external counsel, notaries, registered agents and corporate service providers, including invoice tracking.
- Assist with drafting and maintaining Board and Committee Terms of Reference.
- Maintain statutory registers and corporate records.
- Support e-signature workflows (e.g. DocuSign) and maintain the legal team's filing and document management systems.
- Support KYB requests by collating corporate documents.
- Assist with responses to audit, regulatory and internal information requests.
- Liaise with directors, senior stakeholders and external advisers to coordinate governance activities.
- Coordinate document execution, certification, notarisation and apostille requirements.
- Maintain governance templates and precedent documents.
- Support company secretarial filings and corporate projects.
- Provide administrative support to the Corporate Legal team.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Undertake any other duties reasonably requested by the Group Company Secretary, Legal Counsel or Group Chief Legal Officer.
- Strong legal academic background (minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent).
- Demonstrable experience or exposure to corporate governance, company secretarial work, or transactional corporate matters.
- Familiarity with KYB/KYC processes and basic anti-money laundering frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluent and well-spoken English.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Google Suite.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent written English.
- Discreet, reliable, and proactive.
- Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and legal professional privilege.
- Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional group structures and cross-border corporate matters.
- Interest in fintech, capital markets, or digital investing.
