We are delighted to be hiring on behalf of our client, a well-established legal practice in Wicklow, who are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join a busy and supportive office, working closely with solicitors on a range of matters within a professional and friendly environment.

- Manage incoming telephone and email enquiries in a professional manner
- Provide fast and accurate audio dictation typing
- Draft, amend, and format legal documents and templates
- Maintain and manage case files, including scanning and photocopying
- Prepare briefs and court booklets
- Handle post, DX, and general office administration
- Support solicitors with day-to-day administrative and secretarial tasks
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary in a busy legal environment
- Strong audio typing and document formatting skills
- Excellent communication and telephone manner
- Experience in civil litigation is beneficial
- Familiarity with case management systems (e.g. Clio, Practice Evolve) is desirable
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work on own initiative
