Role Overview

We are looking for a Legal Manager with a minimum of 5 years of post qualification experience to join our legal team. The role involves close collaboration with business teams, external counsels, and stakeholders to support FanCode's expanding legal needs across sports broadcasting and e commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for sports broadcast operations, including media rights acquisition, ad sales, and marketing.
• Manage legal aspects of the e commerce platform, covering licensing, merchandising, listing, distribution, and compliance.
• Handle IP monitoring, enforcement, and strategy.
• Advise on litigation matters and manage risk for day to day operations.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
• Develop and enhance standard legal agreements and processes.

Must Have Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of post qualification experience in a media company, e commerce company, or reputed law firm.
• Strong knowledge of intellectual property law.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating high value commercial agreements.
• Ability to handle complex legal matters under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to simplify legal issues for internal teams.
