• Collaborate with internal departments to manage employee relations and resolve disputes effectively.
• Oversee and manage employment litigation, including liaising with external counsel when required.
• Keep the organisation updated on changes in employment legislation and their potential impact.
• Deliver training sessions to management and staff on employment law policies and best practices.
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate legal risks related to employment matters.

The Successful Applicant
