About the Opportunity

Applications are now open for legal internships for the months of September, October, and November 2025. This internship is designed to provide students with practical exposure to real-world legal proceedings. Selected interns will have the chance to observe and assist in cases at the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and multiple tribunals in Delhi. The internship offers flexible timings to support students' academic schedules, making it a perfect opportunity to gain valuable courtroom experience.

Mode

The internship will be available in both offline and online modes, offering flexibility for students across different locations. Those attending physically will gain hands-on exposure to court procedures, while online interns will be able to contribute through research and drafting tasks remotely.

Roles and Responsibilities

Interns will engage in a variety of tasks, including legal research, drafting miscellaneous applications, preparing briefs, and handling registry-related assignments. They will get the opportunity to closely observe case preparations, client interactions, and arguments before courts. The role ensures practical learning under the mentorship of an experienced advocate working on diverse and high-profile cases.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have completed at least the 5th year of a 5-year Integrated LL.B. program or the 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. program. Preference will be given to candidates pursuing LL.M. or PhD in Law. Prior internship experience in litigation or related areas will be an added advantage.
