Internship Overview

We are currently accepting applications for our Legal Internship Program - a comprehensive, mentor-led experience that equips aspiring legal professionals with real-world exposure, skill development, and structured training.

The program is divided into two key phases:

Phase 1: Flexible Training Period (Up to 6 Months)

This initial, unpaid phase offers intensive training through:

• Hands-on mentorship by seasoned lawyers
• Exposure to various practice areas
• Skill-building sessions in legal research, drafting, and advocacy
• Opportunities to shadow senior professionals
  Duration is flexible and may be shortened based on individual performance.

Phase 2: Paid Internship

Upon successful completion of the training phase, interns transition into a paid internship role where they:

• Handle more complex assignments
• Work directly on client matters
• Gain deeper involvement in firm-led cases and projects

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft memoranda
• Assist in drafting contracts, pleadings, and other documents
• Prepare materials for hearings, meetings, and negotiations
• Support ongoing corporate transactions, compliance, and litigation
• Participate in internal learning and firm-wide initiatives

Candidate Profile

We seek candidates who are:

• In their final year of law school or recent graduates (LL.B. or equivalent)
• Skilled in legal research, analysis, and drafting
• Strong communicators with professionalism and integrity
• Team-oriented and eager to learn
• Interested in corporate, technology, and litigation practice areas
