Office Overview The Office of Abhinav Singh, Advocate (Union of India & GNCTD, Standing Counsel for MCD) is inviting applications for legal interns for immediate joining. The office handles diverse matters pertaining to MCD, GST, Arbitration, and Writ Jurisdiction before the Delhi High Court. Internship Overview This internship aims to provide law students with practical exposure to court proceedings and litigation practice. Interns will gain hands-on experience in drafting, research, and diverse matters handled by a Standing Counsel. Roles and Responsibilities Mode: Offline - Practical exposure to court proceedings at Delhi High Court - Drafting and research for matters related to MCD, GST, Arbitration, and Writ Jurisdiction - Assistance in case preparation and hearings - Opportunity to work on diverse litigation matters Eligibility Criteria Law students with: - Preferably in 2nd and 3rd year of LLB/Integrated Law Who Can Apply Law students, preferably in their 2nd and 3rd year, interested in litigation and Delhi High Court practice.
