Our dynamic team of lawyers represent international and domestic clients including real estate developers and investors, asset managers, private equity firms, investment fund promoters, insurers, banks, financial institutions, government, public and supranational bodies as well as corporates from across a wide range of industry sectors.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist solicitors and partners with a broad range of residential and commercial property transactions
Manage residential files from instruction through to completion including unit sales in residential development schemes
Prepare contracts, closing documentation and property-related correspondence
Carry out property searches and assist with title documentation
Liaise with clients, banks, solicitors, estate agents and other third parties
Coordinate signatures, completions and post-completion requirements
Manage Land Registry and Registry of Deeds documentation where required
Monitor key dates, deadlines and outstanding documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and matter files
Provide ongoing support to senior solicitors and fee earners within the team
Adhere to the file review and closure process and ensure all open and in-active matters are reviewed and closed as appropriate.
Staff may be requested to carry out other additional tasks as may occur from time to time
RequirementsSuitable candidates must be able to demonstrate:
Prior experience as a Legal Executive in a busy property practice in Ireland
Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial property transactions
Ideally attained IILEX or a Diploma in Legal Studies
Exceptional file management and organisational skills with an ability to prioritise in a fast paced environment with competing deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Highly proficient across all Microsoft Office products and a keen interest in optimising technology to achieve greater efficiency and accuracy
A confident and professional communicator with excellent client relationship building skills
Naturally collegiate and a strong team player
Proactive, flexible and dependable
