About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Legal Executive with 3-5 years of experience in the corporate legal sector. This role involves providing comprehensive legal support to the organization, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, managing legal documentation, and representing the company in court proceedings. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing legal risks, handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and effectively liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Legal Documentation & Drafting

Prepare, review, and manage a range of legal documents such as contracts, agreements, notices, and correspondence to ensure legal clarity and compliance.

Coordination with External Counsel

Liaise with external legal counsel, provide case briefs, and share all relevant updates and documentation to facilitate case handling.

Court Representation

Attend court hearings and represent the company in legal proceedings. Handle all court-related formalities and ensure compliance with judicial procedures.

Multi-Tasking Under Pressure

Effectively manage concurrent legal tasks and responsibilities under strict timelines and high-pressure situations.

Document Filing & Records Management

Draft, organize, and file legal paperwork including deeds, legal notices, and contracts. Maintain an organized system for legal records and documents.

Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
  • Minimum 3 years of corporate legal experience is essential; total 3-5 years of legal practice preferred.
  • Experience with litigation, dispute resolution, and court appearances is advantageous.
  • Skilled in legal drafting, documentation, and managing external counsel.
  • Thorough understanding of court procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
