To be fully qualified UK lawyer, we're most interested in the "right" person, but as a guide, around 2-4 years PQE experience.

• You'll need solid founding in corporate and/or commercial law. In-house experience (or private practice with an in-house secondment) in a fast-paced environment is ideal.
• You'll need to be comfortable taking end-to-end ownership of projects with light supervision, taking the initiative to get involved in acquisition steps, and executing tasks independently.
• You have a pragmatic, business-first approach to risk. You know how to unblock deals rather than just spot problems.
• You'll need the ability to juggle competing deadlines, multi-task, and make firm decisions on legal queries in a fast-paced setting. You're pretty good at managing your day, we're only human, but generally you can juggle a few balls and focus on what's important.
