Legal Counsel

Provide legal advice on corporate transactions, trading agreements, and intellectual property.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate trading agreements (ISDAs, prime brokerage agreements)
• Advise on intellectual property protection for our proprietary software
• Manage employment law and general corporate matters
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes affecting the financial industry

Requirements

• J.D. or equivalent law degree with active bar admission
• 3+ years of experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house at a financial institution
• Experience with derivatives and trading agreements
• Ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable business advice
