And we offer you the freedom to be a positive disrupter and turn big ideas into bold, industry-changing realities.For our business, for clients, and for you Job Specification: Contract Negotiation & Review Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, investment documentation, and vendor contracts. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external counterparties to facilitate contract execution and ensure alignment with company policies and risk frameworks. Maintain and update contract templates and policy and procedure documents. Legal Research & Advisory Support Conduct legal research on regulatory, corporate, and commercial matters relevant to Apex's services in multiple jurisdictions. Prepare concise legal reviews and summaries to support operational decision making. Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting the financial services and investment fund sectors. Project-Based Legal Support Assist in the legal aspects of business and regulatory projects, new product launches, and corporate restructurings. Coordinate with external counsel where required and assist in managing external legal spend. Governance & Compliance Support company secretarial and governance functions, including assisting with the preparation of board documentation. Assist in ensuring internal compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's of Laws (LLB) degree or equivalent; Admission to the Law Society of Ireland or another common law jurisdiction; PQE: NQ - 3 years. Skills Required: Excellent drafting and negotiating of commercial contracts; Experience in investment funds and/or corporate services industry is preferred; Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; Proactive and collaborative approach to working with colleagues and problem solving; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; An ability to work with a variety of teams and stakeholders across different jurisdictions; Proficient with MS office tools.Disclaimer: Unsolicited CVs sent to Apex (Talent Acquisition Team or Hiring Managers) by recruitment agencies will not be accepted for this position.
