Job Description

The Legal Counsel will be:

  • Managing a broad range of commercial contracts, including supplier and distribution agreements, NDAs.
  • Providing proactive legal support on commercial risk and compliance matters
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure legal and regulatory standards are met
  • Advising on day-to-day commercial issues impacting the Group business
  • Supporting key projects and transactions to drive business success
The Successful Applicant

The Legal Counsel should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 2-4 years PQE in commercial law
  • Experienced in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
  • Comfortable advising on risk and compliance in a commercial setting
  • Able to work independently and build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Familiar with the food, agriculture, or FMCG sectors (desirable but not essential)
