Job Description

WEP Clinical in the United Kingdom is seeking a strategically minded Legal Counsel to partner with the Global Head of Legal. You will support clinical trials contracting, data privacy, and commercial agreements across global markets, ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.

You will lead drafting and negotiation of master services agreements, supplier contracts, and clinical trial agreements, while guiding internal stakeholders on risk and governance.
