Legal Counsel - M&A, PE/VC & Tech Law Social Impact MNC Delhi

We are seeking to connect with mid to senior-level legal professionals for an exciting opportunity with a leading multinational corporation in the social impact space, headquartered in Delhi. This role is well suited for individuals with 7-10 years of post qualification experience and deep expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Private Equity/Venture Capital (PE/VC), General Corporate Advisory, and Technology Law.

• Strong preference for candidates with prior law firm experience
