Key Responsibilities: Qualifications & Experience: 5+ years post-qualification experience, ideally within private practice in a leading law firm or inhouse in banking, financial services or (re)insurance.Working knowledge of EU insurance regulatory framework and /or EU Securitisation RegulationsFamiliarity with securitisation structures, including synthetic securitisations and capital relief transactions. Experience with cross-border transactions and multi-jurisdictional legal issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with business clients, lawyers, administrative staff, external regulators and insurance industry contacts.Experience working in-house within a (re)insurer or financial institution. Knowledge of debt capital markets and structured finance instruments.Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment.
