Legal Costs Accountant - Negotiation & Analytics

DWF Law LLP in Scotland is seeking an experienced Law Costs Accountant to join our Costs team. You will manage Defender and Pursuer expense files, draft points of objection, negotiate on accounts, and advise on third party expense claims.

You'll work with internal and external stakeholders, maintain management information, and progress cases to successful conclusions while adhering to client SLAs and compliance standards. A collaborative, proactive approach is valued.
