Sujata Chaudhri IP Attorneys is seeking a highly skilled and experienced attorney for the position of a Principal Associate who will head up our trademark and copyright practice (non-contentious). The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of non contentious trademark and copyright prosecution, including strategic advice on availability of marks for registration and use, risk assessment, all other type of advisory work on trademarks and copyrights, trademark and copyright filings, responding to objections, hearings at the Trade Mark Registry and Copyright Office, and all aspects of portfolio management in India.

Sujata Chaudhri IP Attorneys is looking for a Senior Associate (Trademarks and Copyright).

Senior Associate (Trademarks and Copyright) with 4-5 years of PQE in trademark opposition, prosecution, and enforcement. If you have hands on experience with oppositions, cancellations, responses to office action, hearings, settlements, and enforcement strategy along with strong advisory and drafting skills, we would love to hear from you. Candidates having experience with review of documents and opinions and who are confident in handling day to day client deliverables fairly independently will be given preference.
