Eligibility Criteria

• LLB/LLM graduates from 2023 or 2024 batches with 1-2 years of relevant legal experience.

• LLB 2026 batch students can apply for a 2-month assessment internship, with a potential Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) upon successful performance.

• Primary: Pune

• Other Options: Noida / Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata

Key Responsibilities

• Safeguard clients' legal interests in financial and commercial agreements.

• Collaborate with senior lawyers to achieve dispute resolution objectives.

• Draft legal contracts, notices, and submissions for regulatory authorities.

• Contribute to client engagement, acquisition, and retention strategies.

• Facilitate mediation and arbitration proceedings, helping clients resolve disputes out of court.

• Assist in negotiations with relevant stakeholders and counter-parties.
