ROLE: Legal Assistant

LOCATION: Nottingham

SALARY: Competitive based on experience

HOURS: 9am - 5.15pm Monday to Friday

Sills & Betteridge LLP is seeking a Legal Assistant to provide high-quality support to our Wills, Trusts & Probate team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and client-focused individual looking to develop their career within a well-established and supportive law firm.

You will undertake the following but not limited to:

• Supporting fee earners with client files, correspondence and legal documentation
• Managing diaries, appointments and client communications
• Assisting with probate applications and estate planning administration
• Liaising with clients, financial institutions and other third parties
• Maintaining accurate records and always ensuring confidentiality

You will enjoy this role if you are:

• Organised, proactive and detail-oriented
• A confident communicator with excellent client care skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital systems
• Able to prioritise workload and work collaboratively within a team

Previous experience in a legal support role, knowledge of case management systems, or experience within Wills, Trusts & Probate is desirable but not essential. GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) are required.
