The firm is hiring for the role of Legal & Compliance Executive to ensure the seamless integration of legal strategy with business operations. This is a full-time, on site role based in their North Goa office, offering a dynamic environment for legal professionals with a background in corporate compliance and industry specific regulations.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of post qualification experience (PQE) in legal, compliance, or liaisoning roles.
• Skills: Strong drafting and negotiation capabilities.
• Proficiency in statutory filings and regulatory documentation.
• Languages: Proficiency in English and Konkani is required.

• Contracts & Drafting: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts and legal documents.
• Compliance Management: Ensuring the company adheres to local, state, and national laws; monitoring regulatory changes.
• Government Liaison: Acting as the point of contact for government authorities and managing licenses, renewals, and approvals.
• IPR Management: Overseeing the registration and protection of Intellectual Property, including trademarks and patents.
• Litigation Support: Coordinating with external legal counsel and managing legal disputes or proceedings.
