Join Our Leeds Recruitment Day - Meeting & Events Coordinators and Receptionists

Rapport is seeking Meeting & Events Coordinators and Receptionists to join our teams in Leeds. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for clients and visitors, we want to meet you!

We are hosting an invite-only recruitment day on:

Date: Thursday, 26th February
Time: 9:15 AM - 2:30 PM
Location: Teams Interview

About the Roles

As part of Rapport, you will be at the forefront of client experience, supporting front-of-house operations and events. These roles require flexibility, excellent customer service, and a proactive approach.

Contract Type: Full-time
Hours: 40 per week (Monday - Friday; shift rota 7 AM - 7 PM, with flexibility for overtime as required)
Salary: £30,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service as a Receptionist or Meeting & Events Coordinator.
  • Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a welcoming experience.
  • Assist with meetings, events, and day-to-day front-of-house operations.
  • Handle calls, emails, and guest enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Support event setup, registration, and coordination on site.

  • Passionate about customer service and creating memorable client experiences.
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Able to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
