Leeds Council - Team Manager

Our client is looking for Children's Social work Team managers to manage busy area teams. Applicants must have experience of team managing and be competent in managing from referral through to permanence.

Candidates must be able to evidence competence in managing

• Referrals, through Assessment & Child in Needs, strategy discussion, S47 to Child Protection, Pre-Proceedings through court proceedings into permanence and adoption.
• Practising in line with the councils restorative and family led approach.
• manage and influence team culture
• support with performance, case decision making and outcome focused supervision.
• Manage staff welfare, performance and HR.
