Leeds Assistant Store Manager - Lead Teams, Elevate Service

Nobody's Child Leeds is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our Leeds flagship in a full-time role. You'll lead a front-line team, coach Supervisors and Sales Associates, and collaborate with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional service and commercial results.

You'll own recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management, ensuring operational excellence, health and safety, and a strong store culture aligned with our sustainability and inclusivity values.
