Lecturer, Travel and Tourism

Location: Thurrock Campus
Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Responsibilities

• Support positive behaviour and attendance of learner cohorts.
• Place learners' needs first and provide opportunities to reach full potential in a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment.
• Deliver high quality teaching and learning, developing appropriate teaching techniques and materials to enable all learners to achieve their full potential.
• Work with team members and supportive contacts to facilitate learner progression.

Qualifications

• Class 2 and 3 in crew/aviation (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience in the travel and tourism sector.
• Qualified teacher with prior experience in Further Education.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with learning tracking systems.
